Inspired by protective diagrams found in historic Ethiopian healing scrolls, this signet draws on geometric forms traditionally created by priest scholars. These diagrams were used as visual symbols of protection, intended to guard the wearer and ward off misfortune.
The eight-point structure references the wings of four guardian angels, while the four stones are placed as symbolic “watchers,” a motif associated with vigilance and spiritual safeguarding in Ethiopian sacred art.
Reinterpreted in solid 18k gold, the design translates these protective forms into a modern heirloom signet.
Set with four 2mm round stones. Alternative stone options include sapphire, black diamond, white diamond, and ruby.
