Who We Are
Amora Adera ("we," "us," "our") is an independent fine jewelry house operated by Amora Adera Ltd. in Colorado, United States. These Terms govern your use of amoraadera.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Products, Descriptions, and Pricing
Our pieces are made in small numbers by hand. Because each piece is individually crafted, natural variation in metal finish, stone color, and inclusions is expected and is part of the character of the work, not a defect.
We work to display product colors, materials, and details accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that your device shows them exactly.
Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to refuse or cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order is confirmed. If we cancel for this reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Made-to-Order and Commissions
Most solid gold pieces are made to order after purchase; we do not hold finished gold inventory. Private commissions are original designs produced for a single client under a separate signed commission agreement, which governs deposits, design approval, revisions, and timelines. Where a commission agreement and these Terms conflict, the commission agreement controls for that project.
Production and delivery timelines shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees.
Orders and Payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm and charge your payment method. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that violate these Terms, or that we are unable to fulfill.
Payment is handled by our third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you authorize us and our providers to charge your selected method for the full order total, including applicable taxes, duties, and shipping.
Shipping, Title, and International Orders
Shipping terms, transit times, insurance, and duties are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing an accurate, secure shipping address.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are your responsibility. Customs delays are outside our control.
Returns, Refunds, and Defects
Returns, refunds, store credit, final-sale categories, and defect coverage are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please read it before ordering, as return eligibility depends on the piece, the metal, and whether it was personalized.
Other Marketplaces
We also sell through Etsy and may sell through other platforms. Orders placed on those platforms are governed by that platform's terms and policies, not these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including our designs, original jewelry, photography, text, the histories and research in The Archive and Design Notes, our logo, seal, and brand name, is owned by Amora Adera Ltd. or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or create derivative works from our designs or content without our written permission.
The ancient symbols we work from are part of shared human heritage. Our specific interpretations, designs, renderings, and written histories of them are our original work and are protected as above.
Your Submissions
If you send us ideas, requests, photographs, or other material, including through the commissions inquiry form, you grant us permission to use that material to respond to you and to fulfill your project. Please do not send us confidential material you do not want us to use for that purpose.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to break the law, infringe our or others' rights, interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape or harvest data. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or in our Refund Policy. Nothing here limits the defect coverage we do provide, or any rights you hold under the consumer law where you live.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amora Adera Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a purchase. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the piece at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amora Adera Ltd. from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable consumer law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
