Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed through amoraadera.com. Orders placed through Etsy or another marketplace ship under that platform's terms.

Processing Time

Our pieces are made in small numbers by hand, and most solid gold jewelry is made to order after your purchase. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Sterling silver and in-stock pieces: We aim to ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Solid gold and made-to-order pieces: Each piece is cast, set, and finished specifically for your order. Production typically takes several weeks. We will share an estimated timeline at the time of your order and keep you updated as your piece moves through the studio.

Private commissions: Timelines are set out in your individual commission agreement.

Processing times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Within the United States

Sterling silver: Standard shipping, 3 to 5 business days, with tracking. A flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

Solid gold fine jewelry: Shipped express, insured, and signature-required, typically 1 to 2 business days in transit once your piece is complete. This protects your piece at every step. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Objects, apparel, and merchandise: Complimentary shipping, included in the price.

We ship from Fort Collins, Colorado.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the regions available at checkout. International orders are sent via insured, tracked courier service, with the carrier and rate calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Solid gold pieces ship fully insured and signature-required.

Transit times vary by destination and by customs processing, which is outside our control.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

For many destinations, estimated duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprises on delivery. Where duties are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are billed by the carrier or customs authority at delivery.

Customs delays are outside our control and are not counted as part of our processing or shipping estimates. We cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalue them on customs forms.

Insurance, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Every order ships insured. High-value and solid gold shipments require a signature on delivery. Please provide a secure shipping address where someone can receive the package.

Risk of loss passes to you once the package is delivered to the address you provide. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at orders@amoraadera.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Because our shipments are insured, we are able to make this right, which is why we require a signature on high-value pieces and ask that you report any issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error or an uncollected signature delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. If you have not received it, or your tracking has not updated, email us and we will look into it.
