Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

Some purchases at Amora Adera are offered with special payment or timing options, such as installment payments, pre-orders, or made-to-order production. This policy explains how those work and how you can change or cancel them. For all questions of return, refund, and store credit, our Refund Policy applies.

Installment Payments

When you choose to pay in installments at checkout, such as Shop Pay Installments, your purchase is completed at the time of checkout. The installment plan is a financing arrangement between you and the installment provider, who sets the payment schedule and any interest or fees and discloses them to you before you confirm.

Cancelling your order and cancelling your payment plan are handled separately. Your order is governed by our Refund Policy, and eligibility depends on the piece, its metal, and whether it was personalized. If your order is refunded, the refund is returned to the installment provider, who then adjusts or cancels your remaining payments under their terms. For questions about your payment schedule, contact the provider directly.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Pieces

Most solid gold pieces are made to order, meaning each one is crafted after your order is placed. Some pieces may also be offered as pre-orders before they are available.

For made-to-order and pre-order pieces, your order is confirmed and payment is taken at checkout, and production begins on your schedule. Because these pieces are created specifically for you, cancellation eligibility follows our Refund Policy. In general, once a made-to-order or personalized piece has entered production, it may be final sale. If you need to change or cancel a made-to-order piece, contact us as soon as possible at orders@amoraadera.com, and we will help where production has not yet made that impossible.

Subscriptions

Amora Adera does not currently sell subscription products or recurring memberships. All purchases are one-time, whether paid in full or in installments.

Try Before You Buy

Amora Adera does not currently offer try-before-you-buy purchases.
