Amora Adera accepts a limited number of custom projects throughout the year.

Projects may include engagement rings, wedding or anniversary pieces, symbolic heirlooms, and personal pieces. While our signature language draws from history and symbolism, we also take on a wide range of custom designs, from classic and traditional styles to vintage-inspired engagement rings, Cuban link chains, and more, always approached through our distinct design lens.

Each inquiry is reviewed with consideration for design alignment, timeline, and scope. If your project feels like a fit, we will be in touch with next steps.

The Process

Each custom project begins with a conversation. Whether you have a clear vision or are starting from scratch, Amora Adera offers thoughtful guidance throughout the process, from concept development, to stone sourcing, and final refinement.

  • 1. Initial Inquiry

    Submit the inquiry form with any details you have, including the type of piece, budget, timeline, inspiration, or intended meaning.

  • 2. Discovery & Direction

    After review, we begin a conversation to better understand your style, preferences, and what you want the piece to feel like. You do not need to know exactly what you want before reaching out. Clarifying the direction of the piece is part of the process.

  • 3. Stone Sourcing

    If your project requires stones, sourcing is available as part of the service. Options may include natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, and a wide range of colored ethical gemstones, selected according to your design goals, preferences, and budget. We work with our diamond specialist partners and most likely can source you any stone you want. All stones are GIA/IGI certified.

  • 4. Design Development

    Once the direction is established, the piece is developed with close attention to form, proportion, detail, and wearability. We begin by sharing inspiration references to better understand your taste and refine the design direction. From there, the concept is translated into a jewelry sketch, then developed into a more realistic digital version. As the design evolves, we work collaboratively through the finer details; always gathering your input, while also providing our recommendation on proportion, structure, and overall balance. You will also see photos of the 3D digitalized version and a 3D-printed model for approval before production.

  • 5. Finalization & Production

    After design and materials are confirmed, the piece moves into production. Timeline will vary depending on the complexity of the project and any sourcing requirements. But average timelines from start to in-hand are about 2 months.

  • 6. Delivery

    Once complete, the finished piece is prepared for delivery with care. For wedding bands and select bridal commissions, monogrammed jewelry boxes may also be arranged upon request.
